EAGLE EXPRESS Warranty and Customer Care

Our travel, business, and bag collections are covered for two (2) years. This warranty starts from the date of purchase or delivery and is valid for purchases made at authorized EAGLE EXPRESS stores, dealers, or on EAGLE EXPRESS.com.

First Year of Ownership

During the first twelve (12) months of ownership, your EAGLE EXPRESS product is protected against damage, including normal wear and tear, airline handling, or transit-related issues. We will cover all repair expenses, including shipping to and from our repair facility. If the damage is beyond repair, we will replace the item or provide a product of similar value. Note that damages due to abuse, cosmetic damage (e.g., scratched leather or stained fabrics), and incidental or consequential damages are not covered.

Two Year Coverage

For two years, EAGLE EXPRESS covers manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear, and will repair items with defects in materials or workmanship, such as faulty handles, zippers, or locks.

However, EAGLE EXPRESS does not cover damage caused by airlines or transit. Claims for transit-related damage should be directed to the carrier. As with the first year, damages resulting from abuse, cosmetic issues, and incidental or consequential damages are excluded.

Repair and Refurbishment

If you need repair or refurbishment for a product older than two years, we offer high-quality service at reasonable costs. If a repair is not feasible, we will suggest alternative options. Contact your local service center to discuss shipping and handling costs before sending your product for repair.

Commitment to Quality Service

At EAGLE EXPRESS, we are fully committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. We hope our products become your trusted companions for life. You can access our repair form online 24/7. For customers in the USA or Canada, call 800.299.EAGLE EXPRESS (8864) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Proof of Purchase

Keep your store receipt as proof of purchase, which is required for warranty claims. This receipt confirms your purchase from an authorized EAGLE EXPRESS retailer. If you no longer have the receipt, we may use your purchase history to verify warranty coverage. Register your product with the EAGLE EXPRESS Tracer® program to record the purchase date and facilitate warranty validation. Not all items have a tracer number, but most of our luggage, bags, and business cases do. If the item is not registered, you must provide proof of purchase. Note that in Hong Kong, Macau, China, Japan, and Korea, the EAGLE EXPRESS Tracer® is not valid for proof of purchase—an original store receipt is required.

This warranty provides specific rights, and you may also have additional rights depending on your location. Some states or regions do not permit limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations might not apply to you.
